“ I want to share some positive feedback regarding my recent trip to the Truefitt & Hill shop on St. James St. I traveled for holiday with much anticipation of visiting the London shave shops. As a wet shaver, I have a vast collection of products and London is often talked about as the best place for wet shaving goods. My first stop on this adventure was Truefitt & Hill where I was met by a young gentleman named Lewis. I must admit that I was skeptical at first based on his young appearance but Lewis was amazingly knowledgeable and ever so friendly. He took his time and did not rush my rather extended “scent shopping”. Instead, he explained some of the history and importance of the product line which sold me more so than anything else. I purchased several items and carried on to other shops, finishing up with multiple products to try. Out of all the shops I visited, I was most impressed with my interaction with Lewis and the Truefitt & Hill team. Last evening, I used some Truefitt & Hill pre-shave with some 1805 shave cream and both products exceeded my expectations. I must say you’ve gained a loyal follower and I look forward to trying more of your products in the future. ”
“ I've used Truefitt & Hill products for years as an American. I dreamed of making a pilgrimage to their shop if I was ever in London, and it did not disappoint! They make some of the finest men's grooming products and accessories (combs, etc...) on the market; I will be a customer for life. The horn combs are some of my favorite items I own, really feels like a luxury item. All the shaving creams are absolutely top-notch with a perfect lather every time. The service I received picking out a new comb and shopping for a new aftershave was stellar. Although this was over a year ago, I will always fondly remember it, and I'll certainly return next time I'm across the pond! “ A must for any man looking for top notch men’s grooming products and men’s services. I’ve been a fan of this establishment for over ten years. From shave brushes to a straight shave they have most if not all of your needs. The oldest barber in the world. The service from sales and service were a level above. I’m from the states and wish we had the be state side. My only request is that I like to buy items through a person (40 old school) and wish if you hit the right spending amount they would ship for free from the store. I hate buying online especially when I’m physically in a store. I should have dressed up a bit. I came in jeans, polo, and had a pull over. Knowing what I know now even on Saturday people were dressed in suits. It was the highlight of my trip while here in London. ”
